"I like the space created by KidsAccomplish! - with running kids eager to learn, share and play, there is hardly a space like that in Yale-NUS College! Although sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of those packets of high energy, being in this unique space somehow makes me enthusiastic and optimistic about life and all its hidden treasures. It is hard not to get affected by the infectious vibes of curiosity from kids :)"
Chu Hsien is a junior who is majoring in Life Sciences. Her interests mainly lie in dissecting the intersection between the mind, brain and behavior of herself and her fellow human beings. She finds meaning in spending her time absorbing ideas from past thinkers, people-watching or simply having a light-hearted conversation with her dear ones.

"I really like that KidsAccomplish! is constantly on the lookout for new endeavours and initiatives to improve our programme! Into our third year now, KidsAccomplish! has grown from 10 volunteers to 30 volunteers, from 18 students to 45 students. But we still continue to constantly innovate and enhance our curriculum, pedagogy and training. It is this sort of growth mindset which we embody and hope to inspire in the students we teach."
Saza is a third-year Anthropology student and she is fascinated by the way anthropology complicates and problematizes our social relations, cultures and assumptions all the time. She is currently serving as President of the Student Government at Yale-NUS, and so she spends her spare time thinking of ways to make the student experience better, improving relationships with senior leadership, and not stressing too much over bad decisions she might make. Saza hopes to be in a management position in the UN one day!
